I had a lovely stay at No 29 Bed and Breakfast. The hosts were incredibly generous, and the location was perfect-just a short walk from the river and downtown. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing as it was served in disposable containers and didn't have the same charm as dining in a sunny dining room.
Rooms

My room was clean and comfortable, although I noticed the bedside lamp didn't work. It was located on the top floor, which could be a challenge if you have heavy luggage.

The proprietor was very pleasant and helpful and offered a warm welcome. Although the check-in process was smooth, it could be a bit tricky for late arrivals as no staff is available after 9 PM.

The location was fantastic. It was just a 10-minute walk to both the bus and train stations, as well as close to shops and restaurants, making it very convenient.

Breakfast options were hearty, but they were served in disposable containers. which didn't quite hit the mark for a traditional B&B experience.

The room had ample tea and coffee supplies, contributing to a comfortable stay, but I expected more considering the price.

My stay at No 29 Bed and Breakfast was generally enjoyable, with some highlights and a couple of drawbacks to note. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore Inverness. The hosts provided helpful service, but the room I stayed in on the third floor was quite small and had some comfort issues. Overall, it was a decent experience. 😊

The room was clean but quite tiny, with twin beds and no chairs. I found it difficult to sleep soundly due to the slant of the bed. A room on the second floor might be a better choice for comfort.
